The Rcom 10 PRO Plus, is one of Rcom newest and one of the most advanced incubators. The Rcom 10 PRO Plus is fully automatic with digital temperature control and display. It also features full digital humidity control and disapply, it even has the world’s first built-in egg, Candler.
As well as ten chicken eggs, the unique design of the Rcom 10's egg tray means it can also incubate 30 quail eggs.
Main features
Precise digital temperature control is a key feature of the Rcom 10 PRO-Plus. The incubator is fan assisted and the shape of the machine is engineered specifically to optimise the flow of warm air.
The Rcom 10 PRO-Plus features full humidity control via a simple Automatic Pumping System (APS). Changing the humidity levels inside the machine is very easy using the simple digital menu on the incubator. The APS unit connects to the incubator using an external nipple, allowing water to be added without lifting the lid.
Don’t know what incubator is right for you? Too many models to choose from and don’t know the difference between them. See our comparison below between the four incubator’s we get asked most about.

If you see the term ‘ automatic’ in the item name, for example, the “Rcom 20 Max Incubator (Automatic)” or in the description, such as, “the ovation 28 Advance is a fully automatic incubator”, it generally refers to the egg turning; meaning the egg turning is fully automatic. ‘Automatic’ or ‘fully automatic’ does not refer to the humidity control or temperature control.
All incubators include a built-in thermostat, even those that do not have a digital display. So, temperature is always controlled automatically.
There is only one difference between the Rcom 10 Pro and Rcom 10 Pro+; humidity control.
You must control the humidity manually for the Rcom 10 Pro. Although it has a humidity display, you must add water to the machine manually.
Whereas, on the Rcom 10 Pro+, the humidity is controlled automatically via an automatic pumping system (APS). The APS injects water into the machine for you as and when it is required to achieve the set humidity level. The pump will only start pumping when the humidity inside the machine drops below the set value. However, you can buy the pump upgrade for the Rcom 10 Pro later if you like since it is available as a separate option too.

I already had one of the Rcom 10 Pro Plus incubators and knew how well they work so order another from The Incubator Shop so that I have two. The incubator is great and as reliable as expected and I would 100% recommend for an easy straightforward hatch. It was my first time ordering from this company and would also recommend. Got my order the next day, well packaged and overall great service! |

Great little incubator. I prefer it to my RCom 20 actually and 2 of these would be cheaper than on RCom 20. Just hatched 8 out of 10 melanistic pheasant eggs with no issues (other two eggs weren't fertile. Highly recommended. Get the Proplus one for simplicity. |

Brilliant incubator, just pop the eggs in hit go and wait for the hatch date. The built in Candler is very handy for sorting out the duds at ten days. Much better than a torch |

Purchased my 4th Rcom 10 pro over the past 4 years, all still working well, good hatch rate and easy to clean/use. Had a thermostat sensor failure about a year ago, parts readily available with next day delivery and an easy fix. |
