The OvaView and OvaScope Candling Pack from Brinsea is the combination of two fantastically innovative candling products. The result is an amazingly accurate method for idendifying infertile eggs during incubation!
The OvaView Candling Lamp is a highly effective candling lamp suitable for a large variety of eggs. It's battery powered for optimum convenience and uses an LED instead of a standard bulb, resulting in a low output of heat and no need to replace old bulbs.
Additionally the shape of the Brinsea OvaView Candling Lamp allows it to be hand held or laid flat on a surface.
The Brinsea OvaScope egg candling scope is designed to perfectly enhance the egg candling experience of the OvaView Candler. It sits over the top of the candler and the egg is placed inside, creating an area completely void of light. When the candler is turned on, the user can see a crystal clear image of the shadow inside the egg.
This pack creates the clearest candling images available.

| I was very unsure about spending so much on this as we were using a torch to candle and it seemed adequate as we are just a family finding out about hatching etc. I'm SO pleased I splashed out! It's fabulous! Instead of us all running upstairs to the bathroom one egg at a time (only room we can make completely dark) - we can stay next to the incubater AND put the webcam on top of the spy hole so that we can see the eggs on the big screen! It's brilliant and so educational. I would strongly recommend to invest if anyone is thinking of eggs as an education project for kids etc. Really worth it (I don't usually make such extravagent purchases!). Have no problems giving 5* |

| I've just incubated 24 eggs and before I put the eggs into lock down I candled them, it was really easy. I'm new to this so I marked the eggs and put them all back into the incubator. 2 dots no good 1 dot not sure and no dots OK. Only 1 of the not sure hatched all the OK hatch. |
