Chick Rearing Cage

This Chick Rearing cage is made from a galvanised steel frame and the cage has a mesh wire bottom which allows the droppings to fall through onto the slide out steel floor for easy cleaning.

The Chick Rearing Cage is packed in kit form for ease of transportation, but the cage is easy to assemble without the need for any tools.

This unique design allows for a brooder lamp (not supplied with the cage) to suspend above the cage in the location provided or alternatively many of our customers use a brooder hotplate that just sits inside the cage to keep the chicks warm.

This Chick Cage can hold approx 25 to 30 chicks from Day Old up to 3 to 4 weeks of age dependent on the species type of course. 

Also ideal for many other types of poultry.
